CAUTION
Perinorm Mps 5 mg/125 mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Perinorm Mps 5 mg/125 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
CAUTION
Perinorm Mps 5 mg/125 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Perinorm Mps 5 mg/125 mg Tablet may cause drowsiness, dizziness, dyskinesia and dystonias which could affect the vision and may interfere with the ability to drive.
CAUTION
Perinorm Mps 5 mg/125 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Perinorm Mps 5 mg/125 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Perinorm Mps 5 mg/125 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Perinorm Mps 5 mg/125 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Uses of Perinorm Mps Tablet
Perinorm Mps 5 mg/125 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of nausea, vomiting, bloating, functional dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome.
How to use Perinorm Mps Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Perinorm Mps 5 mg/125 mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
How Perinorm Mps 5 mg/125 mg Tablet works
Perinorm Mps 5 mg/125 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Metoclopramide and simethicone. Metoclopramide is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
Common Dryness in mouth, Diarrhoea, Weakness, Parkinson-like syndrome, Sleepiness, Restlessness, Tremor, Depression, Muscle rigidity.
